What can I expect when I go for a massage appointment?
On your first visit you will be asked to arrive a few minutes early to complete a health history form. Your therapist will go over your health history form with you and determine your treatment needs and goals. This allows the therapist to assess your concerns effectively and to treat you safely.


Do I need to undress for my massage?
You will be given privacy to disrobe to your comfort level and to get on the massage table in private, on the table you will lie in between the sheets and cover yourself. When your massage therapist is working on you, they will only uncover the area that they are working on at any one time. Your comfort is our number on concern, do not hesitate to ask your therapist questions or let them know how you are feeling throughout the session.

Does my health care plan cover massage therapy?

Most extended health care plans cover Registered Massage Therapy treatments. Some plans may require a physician’s referral or other specific criteria for coverage. Check your individual policy to determine your type of coverage.

Our staff is equipped to directly bill Bluecross , Greenshield and Great West Life and provide receipts for all other health care plans.
