Lisa Cail, RMT

Lisa graduated with honours from Eastern College as a Registered Massage Therapist and is passionate about helping clients feel their best through personalized, therapeutic care. She specializes in therapeutic and deep tissue massage, with a focus on creating treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Lisa has also pursued additional interests in lymphatic drainage, hot stone therapy, gua sha, cupping, and reflexology, allowing her to incorporate a variety of techniques into her treatments.

Before becoming an RMT, Lisa worked as a Teacher’s Assistant, supporting young people with neurodivergent backgrounds and individuals with diverse abilities. Prior to that, she spent 20 years in the film industry as a makeup artist and special effects artist, bringing creativity, precision, and attention to detail into every aspect of her work.

Nathalie Savoie, RMT

Nathalie is a Registered Massage Therapist with a comprehensive and client-centred approach to treatment. She is experienced in a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including General Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Active and Passive Joint Mobilization, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Techniques, Hot Stone Massage, and Cold Stone Facial Massage. She has also completed additional certifications in Cupping Therapy and Gua Sha.

Nathalie believes that effective massage therapy begins with understanding each client’s individual needs. She carefully tailors her treatments to address areas of muscular tension, discomfort, restricted mobility, and stress while supporting improved movement, function, and overall well-being.

Drawing from her diverse therapeutic skill set, Nathalie is able to incorporate different techniques throughout a treatment based on each client’s goals and preferences. Her approach can range from focused therapeutic work to restorative massage, providing thoughtful and individualized care in a professional and comfortable environment.

Nathalie also has a strong personal interest in health, fitness, and active living. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, working out, and participating in sports including volleyball, softball, and rugby. Her appreciation for movement and physical activity complements her professional interest in helping clients maintain mobility, recover from physical demands, and feel their best in everyday life.

Claire Smith, RMT

Claire brings over 10 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist. She is dedicated to helping clients improve function, reduce discomfort, and feel their best—whether recovering from surgery, rehabilitating an injury, or managing chronic pain and tension.

Her practice is grounded in General Swedish massage techniques, with each treatment thoughtfully tailored to the individual needs of her clients. While her approach is clinically focused and therapeutic, she ensures every session leaves clients feeling relaxed and restored.

Claire works confidently with all areas of the body and applies moderate pressure that can be adjusted to suit each client’s comfort level and treatment goals. She has experience treating whiplash injuries, supporting clients with PTSD, and working with individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries.

Claire values the relationships she has built with her existing clients and warmly welcomes new ones to her practice.

Nicole Riley,RMT

Nicole has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist in Halifax since 2016. Known for her warm, professional manner, she creates a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable and confident in their care.

She has a strong focus on deep tissue therapy, delivering treatments that are both focused and effective while remaining responsive to client comfort. Nicole takes a thoughtful approach to assessment and works collaboratively with clients to address tension patterns, postural strain, and ongoing muscular concerns.

Mary Ann Anton,RMT

Mary Ann has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 1997. Over the course of her career, she has worked in a wide range of settings, including spas, physiotherapy clinics, chiropractic practices, and within her own successful private business.

She is especially well known for her exceptional deep tissue treatments and has also completed additional training in cupping therapy and hot stone massage. Her clinical strength lies in her ability to accurately assess problem areas and apply treatment techniques with precision and purpose.

Sarah Aucoin,RMT

Born and raised in Halifax, Sarah recently returned home after more than 20 years of living and practicing massage therapy in Ontario. A graduate of ICT Northumberland College (1999), she brings extensive clinical experience and a deeply rooted passion for health and wellness to her practice.

Sarah’s background extends well beyond massage therapy. She is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, Canfitpro Personal Training Specialist, and a certified Pilates, Yoga, and Group Fitness Instructor. She is also an Advanced Usui Reiki Practitioner. This diverse training allows her to view the body through both a therapeutic and movement-based lens.

She thoughtfully integrates her years of education and hands-on experience into every treatment, focusing on restoring balance between mind and body. Her sessions blend clinical effectiveness with restorative relaxation, creating treatments that are both results-oriented and deeply calming.

Sarah is committed to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and experience a renewed sense of overall wellbeing.
