Tara is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Since graduation she has obtained further training in Myofascial Release & Stretching (FST) , Cupping, Guasha, Deep Tissue & Prenatal Massage.

Alorah has over 13 years experience practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist. Her treatments are effective at relieving chronic pain while also being ultra relaxing.

Sarah was born and raised in Halifax, and has recently moved back home, after living and practicing massage in Ontario for over 20 years. She graduated from ICT Northumberland College in 1999. Sarah is passionate about massage therapy, as well as health and wellness in general.
