Tara Chisholm is a Registered Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience helping clients restore movement, reduce pain, and reconnect with their bodies. A 2010 honours graduate of the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy (CCMH), she brings a compassionate, evidence-informed approach to therapeutic care.

Her practice is enhanced by advanced training in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), cupping, gua sha, Indian Head Massage, and specialized trigger point therapy. Tara integrates these modalities thoughtfully, tailoring each treatment to support mobility, recovery, and long-term musculoskeletal health.

Tara has worked in a variety of multidisciplinary clinical settings and has served as a clinical supervisor for massage therapy students, mentoring the next generation of practitioners. She has also provided treatment and recovery support at numerous sporting events, including marathons and triathlons, working closely with athletes to optimize performance and recovery.
