Tara is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Since graduation she has obtained further training in Myofascial Release & Stretching (FST) , Cupping, Guasha, Deep Tissue & Prenatal Massage. Tara has been practicing Massage Therapy in Nova Scotia since 2010 and brings many years of clinical experience to the massage table. She is passionate about helping people become more mobile and finding the source of aches, pains and disability, not just treating symptoms. Tara is also a clinical supervisor at Eastern College, mentoring students and helping them develop practical orthopaedic assessment understanding and treatment applications in massage therapy.
